Shipping Options and Costs
We understand that life can sometimes get really chaotic, which is why we designed our shipping to be as convenient as possible. Whether you need lots of medicine, or just have a one-time emergency that needs to be urgently resolved we have your back.
Domestic US Shipping
We take pride in being able to service every corner of the United States, offering you the two best shipping methods for any of your needs:
- Regular Shipping. Regular Shipping only costs $10, and it’s great for routine refills of non-urgent types of drugs. If you are someone who likes to be ready and always stock up in advance, this is the perfect option for you.
- Express Shipping. While it does cost $30, Express Shipping offers delivery in just a few business days. It is perfect if you suddenly realized that you are going to need to use the medication regularly but don’t have it in stock, requiring to place a last-minute order.
Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are usually delivered to you within one or two days of receiving payment confirmation (this is only applicable to those products that require a prescription). Compounded drugs may take longer to get prepared usually an extra day or two. In case you placed your order after 3PM or if it was made on a holiday, we will begin processing it in the morning.
- Custom-made drugs. Since these drugs will be specifically crafted for you and only you, preparing them is going to take some time (a day or two), but we will update you if it is going to take longer.
- Items sensitive to extreme temperatures. Some drugs can easily get bad if they are being stored in an extremely hot or extremely cold area, so for these drugs it is preferable that you choose express shipping or you could just grab them by picking them up at your closest family pharmacy. We all know that neither heat waves, not extremely cold temperatures are friend of any drug, and so the medication will be much safer this way.
Delivery Timelines and Coverage
Domestic Deliveries
We are proud to deliver our drugs to all of the states in the United States – even to most remote settlements. Regardless of whether you live in New York or a small village somewhere far away from civilization, you’ll receive your drugs on time. USPS, UPS and FedEx allow us to safely deliver our drugs even when it is bad weather, though sometimes, deliveries might take a little longer. We always notify our customers beforehand whenever such events take place, so you will never have to worry about not knowing why your order is late.
International Deliveries
We are very honored that people outside of the United States would be interested in our services but shipping isn’t available for every country at the moment. Therefore, it’s always a good idea to first reach out to our support team, before placing an order, just in case, there’ll be difficulties with delivery. Once we make sure that everything is right and place an order, we’ll immediately prepare all of the required documents. As soon as the package enters your country, everything, starting with taxes, import and up to local regulations are under your personal responsibility. Since we can’t predict all of the potential legal difficulties that might hinder delivery, it is also best if you try checking what your country’s regulations are for receiving medications from abroad. Of course, keep in mind that some international regulations might restrict us from sending certain drugs like: controlled substances, antibiotics, creams. This is all done to ensure maximum safety for you and guarantee proper drug quality upon arrival.
Packaging and Privacy
We totally understand you, that getting your medications is not something that you would really want to advertise to everyone. For this specific reason, our packaging will have absolutely zero pharmacy logos, labels, text or any type of indications of what might be inside. We ensure that you get your medications undamaged at all cost. We use highly durable packaging, with good seals that are resistant to being tempered with. It won’t matter if it’s going to be regular vitamins, or some more fragile stuff, we guarantee you that the delivery won’t break or damage your contents. If you ordering some creams or insulin, know that we use only insulated, temperature regulating containers that will be packed with a ton of ice packs to keep things stable and reliable, until your order arrives.

Some meds, such as those that you take to deal with ADHD or to fight pain, come with certain conditions. Returns and Refunds
Our main priority is to ensure safety for our clients, which is why, once the medication has left the facility, we can’t accept a refund on prescription medications due to government pharmacy safety regulations. This is the best way we can make sure that all of our drugs are safe and efficient. Have you changed your mind about a certain vitamin, supplement or any product that wasn’t prescribed by a professional. Then, worry not, for most items that were not prescribed by a doctor can be returned within 30 days provided you didn’t open the packaging and the package is in its original form.
And if your package is arrives damaged or simply never reaches you, then after checking what happened with carrier, we’ll give you a complete refund of your money or send a new package free of charge. Simply give us a call – we’ll handle the rest.
